Everything I do comes from an extreme passion for music. I can spend hours each day listening to music, studying artists, and I have been involved in the music industry since I was twelve years old. Since then, I have never lost that passion. Over the years, I have developed myself across different areas of music expertise, and at the end of the day, everything I do is driven by my ambition to work with artists.

I do this by identifying an artist’s patterns and challenging them to try new things. This can include going live on social media, reworking their branding, or getting back into performing. In addition, I find it important to provide insights they may have never discovered on their own. My role is to reignite the fire within an artist, because in the end, everything starts with the artist.

What I specifically do is guide the artist through the complete picture. This includes tasks such as sending and checking invoices, reviewing Spotify streaming numbers, and analyzing income, for example. I take the full overview into account to create a career plan. Every artist is different, which is why it is essential to truly listen to the artist’s goals and ambitions.
