About Ordre Management

“Creating structure and enabling growth—that’s what it’s all about for me.”

I work differently from many (Tour) managers. My background as a musician gives me an edge: I don’t just understand the craft, but above all the artist as a human being. This combination of hands-on experience and insight into the person behind the music is essential to truly take someone to the next level.

From the age of twelve, I knew I wanted to work with artists. I started out as a DJ and began producing music at sixteen. For six years, music was at the center of my life, until I realized that being in the spotlight wasn’t my place. My strength lies behind the scenes, where I can help others grow.

As a Tour Manager, I distinguish myself by maintaining oversight, thinking ahead, and taking good care of the people around me. Often without realizing it, I was already supporting artists during their performances. I gained this experience at venues and events such as Wish Outdoor, Circuit Zandvoort, Four Amsterdam, and De Voorste Venne, in venues with capacities of up to 950 people.

As a manager, I understand how important it is to create your own path to success. Every artist is an individual with a unique story, and personal development is essential in finding one’s own style and identity. I support artists in this over the long term by advising on image, musical direction, and PR choices, and by bringing structure to performances, projects, and studio sessions.

“For creative people, there are few things better than being able to let go of the business side.”

My approach is sincere, strategic, and straightforward. I say what needs to be said, even when it’s uncomfortable. Half measures aren’t for me—working relentlessly on your passion is.

Are you looking for more stability and focused growth in your career?
